Job Title: Recruiting/Relationship Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description

Recruiting drivers from different sources and conducting interviews ensuring that the best drivers are eventually selected to work with clients at different capacities.
Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of client service your organisation is providing.
Handling driver payment processes
Assigning drivers to clients based on clients specification
Building driver profiles based on result of various assessment conducted
Investigating and solving client problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on directly by client.
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients and drivers.
Manage the client relationship arm of the firm

Requirements

The candidate must possess an OND/HND/B.Sc from a reputable Institution in Nigeria.
Must be between 25 – 30 years
Great managerial skills
Must reside on the mainland.
