We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Intern
Location: Lagos
Job Description

• Ability to organize formal meetings and take minutes
• Arraignments (disposition of cases)
• Drafting motions.
• Manage case files
• Legal research.
• Writing memos.
• Perform administrative duties

• LLB, BL with a minimum of second class lower division
• 0 – 1 year post call and NYSC relevant experience
• Strong team player and good organizational skills
• Ability to take responsibility and demonstrate high level of integrity with all stakeholders
• Logical and ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and lateral thinking skill.

• Manage local components of the Global Procurement reporting cycle (e.g. scorecards, spend, savings, initiative tracking, market intelligence reports, Supplier relationship management and Sustainable procurement) in coordination with the global and zone team, ensuring a transparent process is in place.
• Drive improved performance through the deployment and reporting of meaningful performance indicators, ensuring alignment with global objectives and measures.
• Support the category management team with necessary data preparation out of ERP systems
• Coordinate and drive the sequence of activities maximizing accuracy and compliance
• Drive the accurate calculation of savings and benefits for all initiatives and projects executed locally

• Minimum 3 years in procurement with exposure to supply chain management, complex strategic sourcing and optimal procurement processes and standards
• Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good Knowledge of SAP.
