- Work with the Head of L&D Manager to define, design and implement learning and development programs and tools that sustain necessary behavioral changes: training, organization development, and change interventions, coaching, mentoring, managing people, etc
Job Description
- Identify training /skills/competency needs within respective populations
- Plan and develop training and development calendar/plan for respective populations in the organization
- Evaluate needs of the organization and develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization
- Keep records and document training indices– hours, numbers, programs, suppliers, locations, budget, trends, evaluations, etc. and provide period reporting as required
- Liaise with and follow up with internal trainers facilitators for in-house training programs and provide content and logistics support for any member of this faculty
- Build and maintain a close relationship with the Technical Training team and provide support, data and assistance, when required.
- Create and implement testing and evaluation processes for training interventions and develop reports that feed into the Performance Manager’s reports
- Provide logistical support, course development, production of materials, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management for training programs
- Deliver generic workshops and programs for pockets of population
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline
- Experience with working with training providers and handling related service
- Passion and focus on results and people development
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in related role
