Job Description
- These marketing assistants identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers with the aim to maximise profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas.
- Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers and projects in accounts through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
Responsibilities
- Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
- Assist with organizing promotional events
- Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
- Prepare regular sales forecasting reports
- Conducting market research to identify new revenue opportunities
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
- First rate organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Confidence and persuasiveness, for ‘selling’ your ideas
- Computer skills, including MS Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- Drive, motivation and enthusiasm
- The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Great spoken and written communication skills
- B.Sc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
