Job Title: Senior Admin and HR Manager
Location:
 Port Harcourt, Rivers
Responsibilities
  • Identify staff vacancies, recruit and select qualified applicants to fit specified roles.
  • Develop and implement HR policies.
  • Facilitate training and development of members of staff.
  • Initiate and encourage strategies to increase performance.
  • Cater for the welfare of members of staff
  • Provide employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, salary, employee benefits and opportunities for promotion.
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Supervise and coordinate employee performance appraisal programmes bi-annually.
  • Coordinate all employee relations activities within the organization
  • Carry out administrative functions.
  • Carry out public relations functions
Skills, Competencies, and Requirements
  • Minimum of University Degree in Administration, Human Resources Management or any relevant related field
  • CIPM Certification will be an added advantage
  • Strong Time Management and Multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate effectively
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience
  • Strong Internal and External Communication Skills
  • Highly organized and significant ability to multitask effectively
