Job Description

  • Poise and Etiquettes Team is looking for HR Coordinators to support exciting companies in Lagos
  • The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, hard working and charged by multitasking.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate On-Boarding Processes, including account set-up, conduction of new hire orientation, and collect/process all required new hire paperwork
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR/Payroll questions and refer to appropriate staff if necessary
  • Input data into databases and utilize databases to generate reports and access information
  • Ensure timely set-up of meetings and training sessions including preparing materials and invite lists
  • Create and maintain all employee personnel files and other filing systems in a manner that ensure compliance with federal and state laws
  • Assist with calendaring and other administrative duties as necessary

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years HR experience
  • Please be tech smart, have 1-3 years of experience within an HR setting and be willing to provide support to HR management.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in planning events and building company culture
  • Strong Microsoft suit skills
