Job Title: Sales Representatives
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Ensures the achievement of targeted sample volume
- To identify new hospitals/business opportunities for sample collection
- To meet target number of doctors/laboratory personnel daily
- To maintain relevant documentation for dispatched items
- To prepare and submit weekly activity log book
- Responsible for daily maintenance of motorcycle, documentation and technical trouble shooting as required
- To control costs of maintenance, repair, replacement, and fleet related expenses
- To effectively handle all client requests and ensure that clients receive fast, efficient and courteous service
- To pick up samples from hospitals ensure timely delivery to the laboratory
- To identify new hospitals/business opportunities for sample collection
- To liaise with client services officers and other staff to resolve client issues
- To comply with health and safety policies and ensure safety always
- To appropriately handle all pathology specimens in accordance with the organisations Safety SOP’s
Minimum Qualifications
- An OND in any discipline
- Results Driven.
- Problem Solving
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Team Player
- Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good written and spoken communication
- Good customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills
