Job Description
Media:
- Develop and own Portfolio Media Strategy & Media Principles
- Lead Media Planning; manage & optimize media activity grid from a portfolio perspective
- Lead Media Agency management & relationship
- Financial accountability for total Media Budget & optimization
- Approver of media briefs to agency
- Approve any changes/revisions to brand media and comms activities
Digital:
- Develop digital brand strategies for local brands
- Optimize digital communication for BUs for local brands
- Step up digital creativity to improve impact
- Roll out capability building (this responsibility sits at the Zone)
- Implement harmonized ways of working
Experiential Events:
- Develop major events strategy / model, national events plan, calendar, together with brands
- Brief, activity plan, production, execution, evaluation of major flagship events & brand experiences
- Support and ensure brands/regions in best in class execution on other
- Develop event & brand experience activation toolkits (by type, by size) and lead the communication and training of same
- Define event & experiential agency / partner / supplier model and grid; manage relationships and develop specialized BTL agencies
- Establish ROI criteria and measure for all events/experiences (Brand teams accountable to manage/monitor/adhere
Sponsorship:
- Roll out sponsorship strategy and capabilities
- Acquire & negotiate to get optimum sponsorship potential
- Prepare the business case, apply financial and commercial acumen and financial measures (eg ROI)
- Provide advisory input for sponsorship activation (to Exp Events or Brand team)
- Target setting, tracking, correction, evaluation (incl ROI), learnings
