Job Title: Workshop Sales Services Tendering and Estimation (Internal Sales) Engineer (Nigeria)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

  • Shall be responsible for estimation of costs of project, materials, duration and generate proposal/bid.
  • Review of enquiry/ bid documents / RFQ from sales team or customers and preparation of Summary document including third party hardware/software buyouts, T&Cs, exceptions & discrepancies for bid/no bid decisions.
  • Sizing and selection of hardware and preparation of BOQ, costing of E&I hardware, preparation of commercial proposal including payment & delivery terms, billing schedule etc.
  • Prepare technical proposal, data sheets and documentation package, resolution of post-proposal technical and commercial queries.

  • Technical Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Minimum of 10-12 years relevant experience in technical sales in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Demonstrated track record of sales / business development growth in Nigeria within oil & gas market – target customers’ production/maintenance/operations/L&D/asset management organizations
  • Willingness and ability to travel 60% time across Nigeria
  • Must be a self-starter who is driven to completion of sales orders and project execution.
  • Should be familiar with project specifications, shop drawings, PFD/P&IDs and submittals

Job Title: 
Sales Services and Workshop Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

  • Leads the workshop sales team for business development of AOSO workshops viz. Metering, Valves Repairs, LV/MV & Hoerbiger
  • Establish a plan for workshops business development to support existing customers and grow the customer portfolio by developing leads and new opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a strong network with key individuals within the customer’s production/maintenance/operations/L&D/asset management organizations and leverage to anticipate customer’s needs as well as accurately forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Monitor the market and evaluate competition and customer specific strategic and operational factors to support business decisions
  • Nurture positive, collaborative working relationship with clients
  • Utilise clients processes and procedure to fulfil requirements as provided by client
  • Achieves continuous improvement by proactively assessing company’s working relationship, practices & methods
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Deputy Country Manager
  • Monitor the market and evaluate competition and customer specific strategic and operational factors to support business decisions
  • Achieve alignment of QHSE initiatives between OF Client with COMPANY and transferring relevant aspects of Client’s QHSE and other systems into COMPANY

Job Requirements

  • Proven leadership in an international project environment. Extensive knowledge in the field of Industrial Automation with knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Hands-on proven experience in process plant/workshop mechanical/electrical equipment QA/QC, HSE procedures such as NDE, ITP, Fabrication /Maintenance (WPS), PWHT etc.

Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

  • Deliver on Set Sales Targets and own the PRODUCT sales & order booking targets
  • Map and generate Opportunities for respective products and reports such sales opportunities within PMD
  • Act as main contact between client and COMPANY during all stages of the biding process from receipt of RFQ to the end of negotiations of a contract
  • Participate to marketing activities such as trade shows, advertising, technical publications and corporate presentations to support the sales strategies.

  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary Education in Instrumentation, Electrical  or Chemical Engineering
  • 5 to 8 years Technical sales experience experience
  • Preference will be given for strong industry segment experience in Oil & Gas
  • Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Client Relationships, professionalism and ethics
  • Proven record of revenue growth and customer service.
  • Written and oral communication skills, both internal and external; Financial acumen, marketing and negotiating skills. Computer Skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Goal-oriented with ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment.
  • Willing and able to work hours necessary to meet deadlines and respond to emergency demands.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

  • Manage the interest of all stakeholders (customer, OEM, suppliers, etc.) in the project.
  • Ensure that the baseline project documents are produced, maintained, made available to all parties concerned and effectively used (managing the project).
  • Ensures that the project is correctly planned and managed during execution.
  • Monitor and Control the financial status of the project (BG, EAC, Billings, cost budgets, milestone payments, warranty etc.).

  • Managing the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiations of contract / scope variations (change orders).

  • Work with sales (on request) to ensure that project proposals are supported with proposal deliverables e.g. risk/opportunity, estimate, project plan, planning.
  • Expertise to deliver solutions in DCS & Safety system platforms, Field Instrumentation and Fire & Gas system.
  • Relevant multi – domain experience in segments like Refinery & Petrochemical, Oil & Gas.
  • Anticipate timely on important potential risks (technical or other).
  • Establish professional relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering Discipline (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation)
  • Very Good Project Management skills, PMI certification is a Major advantage.
  • Have Good Knowledge in DCS/PLC Based Project Execution.
  • Over all Experience (10~15 Years) in an Industrial Automation Field & 3~5 years working Experience as a Project manager in DCS field.
  • Demonstrates high levels of Customer focus and Engagement ability
  • Demonstrates sustained levels of Process Excellence
  • Ability for Cross Functional collaboration with Result orientation
  • Have Knowledge in ERP based Project accounting System.
  • Have Knowledge in preparation of Project schedule in Microsoft Project/Primavera etc.
