Job Description
  • Work with the sales team in a pre-sales capacity, introducing solutions and services, customizing solutions for clients’ business and IT requirements, and assisting in identifying opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, providing product information, generating new opportunities, providing quotations and where required, customer presentations.
  • Must be able to articulate and demonstrate Symantec solutions, and position products relative to competition
  • Responsible for the technical aspects of the sales cycle, and maintaining customer satisfaction with support and services.
  • Propose and sell other solutions including support and service level agreement for a wide range of technologies including HP, Microsoft, VMWare, and NetApp.
  • Conducting proof of concept (POC’s) and onsite evaluations.
  • Provide installation, configuration, training and after-sales support for software applications including OS, Anti-virus, Backup, Security
  • Professional with experience in Windows 2003/2008 server environ
  • Deliver effective technical customer support, delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end users while also supporting a wide range of technologies.
  • Ability to document, analyze and recommend relevant technologies to meet customers specific business requirement.
  • Assist in providing technical response to quotations, prepare proposals, reports and supporting literature.
Minimum Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • MCTS on Windows Server 2008 or equivalent.
  • MCITP/MCSA/MCSE/VCP a plus.
  • CCNA/CCNP is an advantage.
  • Good Windows usage and support skills.
  • Ready to learn and adapt to changes in technology.
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Backup and Antivirus software a plus.
  • Experience supporting virtual environments (VMware, VSphere, Citrix, XenServer, Hyper-V).
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Effective with all levels of personnel and organizations.

Job Description
  • Continually upgrade, update and promote the Company websites
  • Optimise the use of the website.
  • Creating new ideas for the website
  • Provide essential documentation, project initiation documents and others.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
  • Testing websites across browsers, operating systems and devices
  • Monitoring online traffic and conversions
  • Ensuring functionality and efficiency of sites and web servers
  • Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs
  • Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices

Job Description
  • Assist in developing maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
  • Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
  • Responsible for repairs and installation activities
  • Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist Manager with contractors and service providers
  • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
  • Must keep to health and safety policies.
Prerequisite
  • Proven experience as Maintenance Officer or other related roles

Job Title: Senior IT Officer

Job Description
  • Managing IT personnel so as to provide network uptime within the acceptable SLA range.
  • Ensure that IT personnel manage all machines on domain and related software.
  • Coordinate IT personnel tasks to ensure that servers are running at all times and that the latest security updates are loaded.
  • Coordinate IT personnel tasks to ensure that latest antivirus patch updates are loaded on all servers and user machines.
  • Coordinate IT personnel tasks to ensure that all local and network printers are running efficiently at all times.
  • Ensure that only authorised software is loaded on the organisation’s servers and user machines.

Job Title: Tower Infrastructure Technician (Tower Rigger)

Job Description
  • Align, level, and anchor machinery.
  • Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving, using hand and power tools.
  • Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures such as beams, ceilings, and gin pole booms, using bolts and clamps.
  • Select gear such as cables, pulleys, and winches, according to load weights and sizes, facilities, and work schedules.
  • Signal or verbally direct workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads, in order to ensure safety of workers and materials.
  • Test rigging to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces, using chainfalls, gin poles, gallows frames, and other equipment.
  • Dismantle and store rigging equipment after use.
  • Fabricate, set up, and repair rigging, supporting structures, hoists and pulling gear, using hand and power tools.
  • Manipulate rigging lines, hoists, and pulling gear to move or support materials such as heavy equipment, ships, or theatrical sets.
  • Tilt, dip, and turn suspended loads to maneuver over, under, and/or around obstacles, using multi-point suspension techniques.
  • Recognizing safety hazards and performing duties in a safe manner.
  • Analyzing situations accurately and adopt an appropriate course of action.
  • The ability to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with 50 Ib. load.
  • Knowing the hazards associate with tower climbing, construction equipment and working on or near energized lines and equipment.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.
