Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Locations: Onitsha (East I), Aba (East II), Abuja ( North)

Job Description

  • The incumbent will be responsible for selling, sales leadership, market and business development for the assigned territory .
  • These roles will include field force supervision and control, territorial development, key customer management, marketing programme implementation, collection and debt management.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • B.Pharm or First degree in any of the Life-based Science courses.
  • With 2-3 years sales management experience.
  • A track record of success as a Medical representative and field sales manager.
  • A mix of Multinational and indigenous environment experience is an advantage
  • Sound knowledge, skills and extensive contacts in the zone.


Job Title: Regulatory Affairs and Operations Manager

Location

: Nigeria

Job Description
  • The incumbent will be the Chief Liaison Officer with all regulatory agencies and our manufacturing partners.
  • He/she will be responsible for quality, compliance and reconciliations of manufacturing figures/deliveries

Requirements/Qualifications

  • B.Sc (Biological Sciences) or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience.
  • Good with details, a writer, high in integrity index and a self-starter/manager.






Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • The role is development, proposition and implementation of marketing/corporate objectives and strategies for assigned brands.
  • He will be responsible for market and marketing research and analysis.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • B.Pharm or B.Sc with at least 2 years experience as a product/brand manager in a pharmaceutical industry.
  • Medical Representation and possession of an MBA confer significant definite advantage.
  • Proven track record of performance
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with little or no supervision.







Job Title: National Sales Manager

Location: Nigeria


Job Description

  • Successful candidate will lead the sales team to achieve corporate sales and market objectives.
  • He will be responsible for sales management, business development, sales operations, market and sales planning and budgeting.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • B.Pharm or B.Sc (Biological Sciences or Life Sciences) or equivalent.
  • Self-starter, self-directed and self-motivated, result-oriented and intra-preneur
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role in a top Pharma marketing/distribution company in Nigeria.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a sales team of up to 20 sales people or more.
  • Or Area/Regional Sales Leader with at least 4-5 years’ experience, track record of performance and multinational environment

Remuneration
Compensation is attractive and depends on experience and qualification with the usual perks and tools available to pharma sales managers in Nigeria.
