Job Title: Accounts/Admin Officer

Responsibilities

• He or she will be responsible for the provision of accounting, administrative and logistical services to the Group companies.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or recognized equivalent and five years experience

Job Title: Plumber

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Requirements

• Higher National Diploma or City and Guilds in Plumbing work.
• Trade tested up-to class 1.
• A thorough understanding of laying of pipes with the ability to read and understand construction diagrams.
• A knowledge of installation and repair of water pumps and waste disposal systems.
• An honest, sober and a good team player.

Job Title: Electrician

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Requirements

• Minimum of a Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Trade tested up-to class 1.
• At least 2 years in reputable organization as an Electrical Maintenance Officer.
• Installation, maintenance, and operation of pumps, Acs, Street Lights and other Household appliances.
• Knowledge about capacities and operation of Generators 1000kv.
• Ability to do fault-finding in all Household appliances.

Job Title: Senior Security Supervisor

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Key Job responsibilities

• Develop and implement security management system, security policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Conduct Security Risk Assessment and Management of all areas of operations
• Management, supervision and deployment of all security personnel of the Group in Ibadan and contact security guards companies employed by the Group as needed

Requirements

• Able body individuals with qualified security training; Industry certification in Security Management
• A post-Secondary School Certificate or Degree or equivalent
• At least 10 years experience with minimum of 3 years of work  in a security environment at managerial level; Knowledge of local laws and legislation in relation to security

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Requirements

• A Degree in Engineering – Electrical/Mechanical preferable.
• 8-10 years work experience, 3-5 years of which must be at managerial level at a reputable organization.
• An all-round knowledge for both Mechanical and Electrical Installations.
• A thorough understanding of all household, domestic and industrial operations, i.e. running of generators, air condition, plumbing work and general house maintenance.
• An honest, sober and reliable person with good communication skills and ability to lead a maintenance team.
