REPORTING
The Employee shall, in all his/her actions, be responsible and accountable to the Managing Director and the Board of Directors.
JOB PURPOSE
The Officer is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the company in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS), Financial Reporting Council of
Nigeria (FRCN), the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry.
The role also plans and directs short-term and long term financial goals and manages short & long term funding.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties shall include but not be limited to the following:
BUDGETING AND FINANCIAL FORECAST
Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance.

LIQUIDITY & TREASURY MANAGEMENT
