Job Title: Laptop Repair Technician
AFM recruit is a recruiting firm based in Lekki phase 1. We are currently recruiting Laptop Repair Technician, who is to be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of computer equipment to all staff.
DESCRIPTION
Maintain and repair laptops, PCs and other technical workstation tools.
Advise and adopt best methods of handling and maintaining laptops and other workstation tools by staffs.
Install, support, and maintain information systems and network software on a wide area network.
Install and update systems with business hardware and software such as Windows, MS Office, workstations etc.
Maintain printers, copiers, and other peripherals as needed.
Review, analyse and recommend new technologies, upgrades to existing technologies, and enhancements to service on an ongoing basis.
REQUIREMENTS
Certification in Information Technology / Computer Science / Hardware Technology or any related courses.
1 – 2 years related technical experience.
Basic networking skills.
Knowledge of internal and external computer components.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the latest version of Microsoft Windows Operating System.
Excellent and proven communication and human relations skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team context.
Ability to handle confidential material in a responsible manner.
Job Title: Maintenance Officer

We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Officer for our client, a leading hospitality firm (Hotel) in Lekki, Lagos. The incumbent will be responsible for performing general maintenance duties and repairs around the hotel.
Responsibilities:
Respond and ensure prompt resolution to customers’ complaints and technical issues that may arise in the hotel.
Inspect hotel regularly and ensure safety standards are met.
Complete a wide range of handyperson/fix jobs throughout the hotel with diligence.
Ensure safety management is appropriately instituted to reduce the risk of accident.
Inspect and replace lighting in public spaces, plant rooms, fire exits and carparks.
Arrange for routine maintenance in Hotel facilities such as the hotel rooms, lobbies, bars etc.
Requirements:
Minimum of high school certificate e.g. SSCE, NABTEB etc.
Proven experience as a Hotel Maintenance Officer.
Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety standards.
Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly.
Excellent organizational, leadership and Problem-solving skills.
