Competencies

• Degree in Human Resource and/or
• Ability to work independently and grow the firm from scratch
• Very strong oral and written communication skill
• High level computer literacy
• Very good business development and networking skills.
• Membership of IPMN
• Minimum of 5 years of HR Consulting experience incorporating recruitment training background checks and outsourcing
