Job Description

Outputs and Accountabilities:

  • Source and Analyse market information
  • Resource for market effectiveness
  • Evaluate and measure sales execution performance
  • Drive sales volume and Market Share growth
  • Leverage Sales information system
  • Manage own performance
  • Communicate effectively in the work place
  • Compile quarterly sales plans
  • Grow volume and market share
  • Manage in trade execution
  • Leverage Sales Credit
  • Engage the competitor
  • Develop employees

Requirements
Qualification, Knowledge, Experience and Skills required:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years commercial experience in FMCG environment at Management level
  • Above average computer skills
  • Good performance record
  • Good Understanding of Nigerian Market place dynamics –
  • Strong understanding and experience with commercial levers and how to optimise revenue
  • Extensive experience with customer relationship management
