Job Title: Human Resource Business Development Manager

Qualification/Experience
- HND/B.Sc in Social Science, Marketing or other related discipline. PGD/M.Sc is also an advantage
- Professional qualification will be an advantage
- At least 5 to 7 years HR business development experience in a Human Resource Consulting company, training company or other service/product company
- Proven experience in human resource and training will be an advantage.
- Must be emotionally stable
Job Description/Responsibilities
Its not limited to the following;
- Will be responsible for acquiring profitable new business and retaining existing accounts in order to increase the Company’s market share
- Providing expertise and demonstrating deep understanding in HR and business development
- Proven expertise as a business development manager is a plus
- Ability to work, coordinate and manage a team
- Represent the company at various meetings and presentation
- Strong Business Acumen
- Must be IT Savvy
Remuneration
- N100,000
