Job Summary: Ensuring timely and efficient customer complaint resolution not compromising service level agreement.
Qualification & Experience:
· HND /Bachelors required.
· 3 years experience in FMCG and related job functions.
· Distribution and logistics competencies.
· Good understanding and working knowledge of SAP ERP Systems.
· Use of Microsoft office suite (especially Microsoft Excel)

· Ability to multitask work well under pressure and prioritise responsibilities
· Accuracy and attention to details with problem solving capabilities
· Team player and problem solver
· Able to work and deliver KPI’s with minimal supervision
