Abax-OOSA Professionals is a 4-partner firm of accountants providing Audit/Assurance, Accountacy, Taxation and Advisory services. 

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: (off Awolowo Road) Ikoyi,Lagos

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Take and distribute accurate messages.
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Prepare outgoing mail for distribution.
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems.
  • Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information.
  • Retrieve information when requested.
  • Update and maintain internal staff contact lists.
  • Type documents, reports and correspondence.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies.
  • Other duties that may be discussed during the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • To be eligible, applicants should:
  • Have attained O’ levels or an OND in a related discipline.
  • Be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office® suite.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be skilled in the use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection.
  • Possess numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Have 0-2 years’ experience.
  • Be 25 years old or below.
  • Be female.

Job Title: Runner/Office Assistant

Location: South-West (off Awolowo Road) Ikoyi, Lagos.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilities Management
  • Lodgement of cheques
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Prepare outgoing mail for distribution
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems
  • Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
  • Retrieve information when requested
  • Type and collate documents, reports and correspondence
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Other duties that may be discussed during the recruitment process.

Requirements
