- The key purpose of this job role is to build and lead the business development team and maximize the revenue streams of our product offerings.

Your Profile
- Completed university degree in Business Administration/ -Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in a business development role within a financial company, e-commerce company or similar online business
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Excellent knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector
- Strong project management expertise with proven strategic and analytical skills
- Understanding of cross-functional and global business requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus

Qualifications
Do you have what it takes?

- 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing job in the Finance industry or similar, experience with SME loans (term loans and credit lines) and invoice financing (Factoring) is a big plus
- Passion for small business entrepreneurs and a natural drive to help them overcome cashflow gaps or finding the best short-term financing solution
- A strong communicator and team players who motivate customers and colleagues alike and excels when chasing ambitious sales targets
- Experience with Pipedrive or a comparable CRM software is a big plus
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English

- You will collaborate with experts in risk management, technology, data management, capital markets, business operations to understand business objectives and shape analytical solutions
- You will be responsible for ensuring that invoizPAID loan portfolio delivers strong performance: tracking loan originations and underwriting processes, monitoring portfolio growth and quality, forecasting credit losses and loans profitability, performing portfolio stress-testing, supporting effectiveness of collections and recoveries processes, etc.
Your Profile
- Masters or PhD in a quantitative field (Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering…) or equivalent experience
- 1 to 5 years of work experience in credit risk analytics / portfolio analytics / collections analytics in a SME lending or retail lending environment within a bank or other lending institution
- Proven problem-solving skills using logical reasoning and analytical methods
- Passionate about InvoizPAID’s mission and values – agile, collaborative, strong team player
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, working knowledge of SQL or R (candidates with SAS experience and aptitude to quickly learn R / SQL will also be considered)
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English.
