Job Title: Corporate Manager (CM)
Location: Delta
Main Responsibilities/ Duties
- Strategic planning, strategic implementation and control to ensure company maintains leadership in industry
- Superior ability in managing company resources and applying them towards achieving company objectives
- Application of company policy in the different departments and units of the company to ensure the promotion and maintenance of quality management system
- Responsible for the coordination and planning of top executive corporate meetings including investors relations meetings and other stakeholders meetings
- Coordinates and liase effectively with staff in all departments across organization level
- Reports direcily to managing director/chief executive officer in executing duties outlined above
Required Skills/Knowledge
- First degree in Social/ Management Sciences
- An MBA or M.Sc in any of the discipline above is an added advantage
- The right candidate must have worked for at least 10 years in a manufacturing company and at least 5 years experience in senior management position
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proactive, result oriented and creative problem solver
- Excellent writing communication, analytical and negotiating skills
- Ability to work with diverse set of staff in various sections of the company at different levels
- Excellent skill and experience with use of ms word, excel, power point and data base applications

Job Title: Marketing Manager (MM)
Location: Delta
Job Description
- Managing all marketing task for the company and activities within the marketing department
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line its objectives
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationship for company marketing
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure sales and profitability of products lines services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends
- Report directly to the managing director in excuting the duties outlined above
Required Skills/Knowledge
- First degree in social/ management sciences
- Excellent writing, communication analytical and negotiating skills
- Ability to work with diverse set of staff in various section of the company at different levels
- Excellent skill and experience with use of ms word, excel, power point and data base applications
