Saint Tracy is a jewellery store which has been in existence since 2014. Our core product is the production and sales of bespoke engagement and wedding rings.
We have 2 Available slots for Sales associate and one opening for a Business development officer/Hr in Lagos

Job Title: Business Development officer/ HR
Function of the Role:
The business development manager will be responsible for promoting the products and services of the company.
He or she will build market positions for Saint Tracy by identifying, developing and negotiating business relationships that translate into sales.
S/He will work to grow the client base of the company, foster client relationships and manage the corporate image of the company
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Prospect for potential clients; build, grow and maintain these relationships into increased businesses for Saint Tracy.
Coordinate business development planning and work closely with teams especially sales to develop proposals for client meetings.
Identify potential business opportunities and analyze trends in Saint Tracy’s market space
Work closely with the design team to meet consumer needs.
Keep a profile of the current clientele of the business and regularly update the database
Attend industry specific functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide valuable feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
Generate and supervise the execution of marketing campaigns and plans
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, management and Research identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Prepare customer service agreements and other client paper work based on the company policy.
Update and manage the company’s website and social media pages
Provide weekly progress report, ensuring all data is accurately entered for the Saint Tracy’s knowledge management system.
Carry out other business development functions as may be required by management

REQUIREMENTS
Living in Ikeja and environs
Educational Qualification
HND, BSC in Marketing, Business,Finance
Experience
2+ years experience in a similar role
Experience in the retail industry a plus

Highly analytical, driven and focused.
Prospecting and closing skills, sales mapping and planning, territory management, market knowledge, presentation Skills,
High level of professionalism;
Able to develop strategic plans for sales; must be motivated to exceed sales targets.

Networking, prospecting and persuasion skills with the ability to identify the needs and challenges of clients.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

Job Title:  Sales Associate
Function of the Role:
The sales associates are the first line of contact for walk-in customers to the brand.
They are to make customers feel welcome and assist them to find the products that most satisfy their needs.
S/he must be knowledgeable about the products and able to adequately guide the customer at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Greet all walk-in customers as they come in the store and ask them how they would like to be assisted.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Work in line with company policy to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Arrange window displays on a regular basis and ensure that all displays are properly locked and secured
Ensure that all pieces of jewelry are locked up in assigned storage palaces at the end of the day
Provide daily sales reports as well as weekly and monthly report of sales efforts in marked sales territory
Process all cash and card payments.
Answer first line queries and complaints from customers.
Report discrepancies and problems to the shop manager.
Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
Balance cash registers with receipts.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management
Keep store tidy and clean and ensure office assistants clean constantly.
Working within established guidelines, particularly with product lines.
Responsible for security within the store as well as looking out for fraudsters’ shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.
Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, fulfillment and customer support
Receiving and storing inventory.
Keep a schedule of events / special promotions
Work with management to organize and execute sales campaigns
Perform all other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
Living in Lekki and environs (must)
Educational Qualification
HND or BSC in any related discipline preferably marketing, business and finance.
Experience
1-3 years experience in direct sales,
Experience in the fashion industry a plus
Record of substantial achievement of territory quotas with knowledge of a CRM tool
Skills and Abilities
Highly analytical with a drive for numbers
