We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title:  Junior IT Business Analyst (Contract)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects
• Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders
• Develop a comprehensive requirement specification that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
• Review the functional specification document with the business unit to ensure its alignment to the business process
• Knowledge of MS-Visio, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Story Mapping, SQL, CRM, BDD, TDD, Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, prototyping, TOM, Use Cases, UML, JIRA, TFS, Data Modelling, SharePoint etc

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in Computer Science or related fields.
• Relevant years of experience in a similar role.
• 4 – 5 years’ experience needed.

Job Title: System Administrator (IT Desktop Analysts)

Location: Lagos
Job type: Contract (3 – 6 months)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in the areas of installation and configuration of systems
• Assist with development, maintenance and operation of the datacenter infrastructure, applications, processing and storage according to the strategic guidelines, technology processes and needs in all areas, in order to keep running the services provided by IT and in accordance with the institutional objectives
• Assist with evaluating and integrating enhancements to the infrastructure and services
• Assist with development and configuration of infrastructure from conceptualization through stabilization
• Responsible for management, configuration and systems administration of systems, storage, servers, operating systems and computing platforms in all environments (production, test, QA, development, etc.)
• Provide technical direction in the area of requirement definition, planning, coordination, programming, and implementation of server systems (UNIX, Linux, Windows, etc.) including configuring and building kernels
• Work with Application Solutions Determine appropriate server size and configuration for business applications
• Perform system maintenance, high-level support of the operating systems
• Perform hardware configuration and administration, event, fault and performance management
• Provide support to all environments (production, test, QA, development, etc.)

Requirements

• Relevant years of experience in a similar role.
• 4 – 5 years’ experience needed.
• HND/BSc. in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience in effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
• Linux and Windows systems that support LAN infrastructure; Linux, Windows and Application systems that support security and email systems
