Entry Qualifications

• Applicants must be holders of Diploma in Community Health with not less than 2 years post qualification experience or Community Health Extension Workers with 2 years’ experience.
• In addition, all applicants must be registered with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria and possess a valid practicing license.
• All Applicants must have 5 credits levels passes in SSCE, WASCE, NECO or GCE O/L at not more than 2 sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics and Biology/Health Science
