Clover Mart (Cmart), a new retail outlet in Lekki, Lagos State, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operation/Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Understand and manage store performance.
• Ensure unity amongst store staff and cleanliness of the store at all times.
• Create rolling annual trade plans
• Ensure accountability of funds and diligence of store staff.
• Create a scheduling pattern for store staff for efficiency purposes.
• Ensure overall marketing strategy.
• Create awareness strategies for the store.
• Understand customer needs in terms of product availability and build the brand
• Set prices and have strategies for promotions.
• Forecast sales and identify potential trade gaps.
• Set sales targets and manage end to end, promotions and store events.
• Ensure fully stocked shelves by liaising with the commercial team for product availability.
• Advice on new products based on customer demand.
• Create a customer friendly environment for shoppers.

Qualifications

• Prospective and qualified candidates must have either HND or B.Sc in any related field
• Three (3) years cognate working experience in retail outlet, supermarket or in the FMCG industry
• Preferences would be given to candidates with required years of experience.
