Job Description

• Field Engineer to maintain and support machines.
• Give feedback to helpdesk and operations manager after attending to an issue.
• To ensure that all machines assigned are up and running and SLA is met on each machine you support.
• Effective communication to the stores and refurbishment department.
• Support at least a minimum of 40 machines at various banks location.
• Sign preventive maintenance forms within our agreed time frame.

Requirement

• Experienced ATM Field Engineers in various machines with a minimum of 3 years experience.

Premium

• Negotiable.
