Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Dispatch rider is responsible for the delivery and picking up of both customers and items in a timely, safe and courteous manner
  • The Dispatch rider ensures that company’s Motor cycle allocated to him is taken care properly.
  • He must have very effective organisational communication skills to service our clients.

The key roles of Dispatch rider are:

  • Competent at checking the Motor cycle for problems and performing pre/post trip maintenance tasks.
  • Committed to helping customers efficiently when loading and unloading their luggage.
  • Well-versed in the cleaning of both the inside and outside of the Motor cycle.
  • Proven record of picking up staffs and listening to their concerns.
  • Able to give accurate and detailed information about routes and journey.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide a secure environment for passengers and employer while in transit.
  • Thorough understanding of motor Motor cycle engine functionality.
  • Effective skills in keeping a record of miles traveled.

Job Title: Key Account Manager, Financial Institution (Sales Position)

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for assessments of marketing opportunities and target markets for ICT, consulting, project management and any other services within the Banking Sector.
  • Also responsible for evaluating business and then realizing its full potential, using such tools as marketing, sales, information management and customer service.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sell all products, services and solutions to designated accounts/clients within the financial Sector.
  • Carry out market development and technology research of strategic clients within Telco Sector.
  • Consult with clients and potential clients to determine their technology requirements.
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity.
  • Plan and manage business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy
  • Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims

Job Title: Solution Unit Manager, Data Centre

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Solution Manager Datacenter has overall responsibility for positioning, selling and managing the following solution areas – High Availability/Disaster recovery/Business continuity solutions, WAN Optimization, Data Center Computing Systems and Hardware, Data Center Physical Infrastructure solutions, Data center Storage & Virtualization solutions.
  • The Manager is also responsible for evaluating the DC business and then realizing its full potential, using such tools as marketing, sales, information management and customer service to ultimately achieve/exceed targeted sales for the dept.

The key roles of the Manager Datacenter Solutions dept. are:

  • Position, Sell and manage business aligned Data center solutions in the areas of High Availability/Disaster recovery/Business continuity solutions, WAN Optimization, Data Center Computing Systems and Hardware, Data Center Physical Infrastructure/power/cooling solutions, Data center Storage & Virtualization solutions by partnering with the AM, BD and Professional Services teams.
  • Manage product/service mix, pricing and profit margins in alignment with corporate objectives
  • Hire and retain presales staff in conjunction with HR and Management
  • Consult with clients and potential clients to determine their technology requirements and ensure business alignment
  • Define and seek approval for pricing & products for the applicable solution areas of the dept.
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity.
  • Provides Technical Sales and solution management leadership while ensuring knowledge transfer and skills development amongst team
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Responsible for risk and rewards of the dept. and setting performance targets for team members
  • Managing, motivating and developing the members of the dept.
  • Overseeing the day to day operations of the dept. and ensuring that they are in line with strategic direction of Infrastructure solutions Biz unit.
  • Own, Drive and continuously innovate the dept. practices as a core around PREPARE, PLAN, DESIGN stages of technology lifecycle and engagement model while partnering with Professional Services team to deepen, harness and maximize IMPLEMENT, OPERATE and OPTIMIZE stages. To ultimately deepen our Systems Integration practice while sustaining and growing the business.

Requirements

  • A good first Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other related discipline with a minimum of 6-9 years post-graduate experience. Professional certifications – e.g ITIL, PMP or PRINCE 2 is desirable
  • The ideal candidate MUST have a proven track record of having performed in similar capacity. Must have strong familiarity of Networking infrastructure solutions and with an In-depth knowledge of ICT business environment.
  • The ideal candidate MUST have a proven track record of performing a technical sales management or presales management role focusing on Storage and Data Centre Solutions.
  • The ideal candidate MUST have worked with industry leading Storage/Data Centre technology -such from vendors like Netapp, EMC, IBM, Sun, VMware, HP and Microsoft and must be able to position and communicate the business value proposition of these & applicable technologies to clients with alignments at various levels.
  • Deep experience in Data Centre core Infrastructure/networking such as Datacenter Power & Cooling, DC WAN Optimization, DC High availability, DC load balancing and DC Virtualization is also desirable.
  • An MBA or relevant post graduate degree/professional qualification e.g. CCIE, CCNA, CCNP will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Senior Deployment Engineer/Field Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Solution Delivery & Implementation, Direct presales and support.
  • Also responsible for providing direct presales support for the solution areas units to ultimately contribute to achievement/exceeding of targeted sales for the Solutions Division.
  • Carry out Solution staging, installations & Implementation, provide direct presales support to solution areas
  • Execute solution installations & implementation according to agreed objectives
  • Must be able to make technical solution presentations to explain technology area of interest to
  • customers
  • Must be able to engage customers to gather its solution requirements for project delivery
  • Ensure all solution integration and deployment activities are done according to industry best practices.
  • Adhere to SOWs and ensure clients technology requirements are met and aligned during solution delivery and fulfillment.
  • Provide solution design information (LLD, HLD) and also relevant AS-BUILT documentation for project delivery.
  • Project site supervision, accountability and ownership- ensures quality control and delivery during site installations, terminations, setups – ensures no facility damages or losses while on site e.t.c provides direction for field engineers, trainee engineers, technicians.
  • Ensure Project commissioning and sign off at agreed timeline.
  • Provide project post implementation support and delivery

Requirements/Qualifications

  • An MBA or relevant post graduate degree/professional qualification e.g. CCIE(Security or Data-centre or Routing and Switching), CCNP, CCNA and any project Management certifications will be an added advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of ICT business environment.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Routing and Switching Technologies, routing protocol implementation (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, IS-IS etc.), HSRP, VRRP, DMVPN, IPSLA, Spanning-Tree configuration and optimisation, Qos etc.
  • Ability to deploy these technologies on a wide array of Cisco hardware, ASR, ISR, 6500, 6800, 3800, 3700 etc.
  • Security; must have basic knowledge of Firewalls, IPS, IDS, ISE Technology Solutions and how it is integrated in an Enterprise Network.
  • Have basic understanding of Data Centre Technologies; experience in implementation of Nexus 7K, Nexus 5K, Fabric extenders, VPC, OTV, and VDC etc.
