Job Description
- VAM Systems is currently looking for Success Factors Analyst for our Qatar operations
Technical Skills
- Should be an expert in Configuration of SuccessFactors modules (EC, Performance & Goals, Talent & Succession, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation)
- Expert in Incident Management / Trouble shooting
- Must have some experience in Project management (Prince 2 or PMBOK foundation)
- Intermediate level experience in Training & Change Management
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to act promptly on Cloud notifications
- Understanding of systems (common data and functional dependencies)
- Understanding of HR business processes highly-regarded
Formal Qualifications / Certificates / Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Project Management or related field
- Experience in the Success Factors Cloud system.
Terms and Conditions
- Joining time frame: 30 days.
- The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in Qatar.
