Overall Purpose of the Job
- To provide support and administration in terms of government, free zone and other third party requirements for licences, visas, leases and agreements.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for all business trips, annual holidays for staff and other visitors.
Key Activities and Accountabilities
- Collate information and prepare documentation for visa and associated requirements for region personnel to ensure Company’s compliance with legislation.
- Support expatriate personnel requirements for housing and vehicle leases and other utilities.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with legislation in respect of Company’s registration, building requirements and leases/licences.
- Monitor government and political activity for issues of relevance to Company policies, strategy and operations.
- Develop relationships with relevant agencies to improve communications and raise awareness of political matters that have potential impact on Expro’s Code of Conduct.
- Assist in the organisation of visits and meetings with Government representatives to raise the profile and awareness of Expro, respecting the Code of Conduct at all times.
- Act as the focal point for all matters relating to Nigerian Content
- Ensure the company is complaint with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board requirements
- Facilitate and maintain a robust relationship between the company and Nigerian Content Developmentand Monitoring Board
- Provide Nigerian Content iput to the bid and tender process
- Liaise with all stakeholders internally and eternally for the achievment Nigeria Content targets
- Represent the organization in front of government officials and policymakers.

- To work within a team to assist under supervision with the preparation and running of DST equipment offshore ensuring successful safe operations in accordance with Company procedures and thereby ensuring a quality service to client.
Key Activities and Accountabilities
- Carry out DST operations with team members ensuring safe completion of the operational task with prevention of technical issues in line with the DST Operating manual.
- Undertake checks on all equipment for their compliance with Expro’s policies, standards and procedures and ensure they are technically correct for the operation being carried out.
