Job Description
- Field engineer to maintain and support machines.
- Support at least a minimum of 40 machines at various banks location.
- Sign preventive maintenance forms within our agreed time frame.
- Give feedback to helpdesk and operations manager after attending to an issue.
- To ensure that all machines assigned are up and running and sla is met on each machine you support.
- Effective communication to the stores and refurbishment department.
Requirements
- Experienced ATM field engineers in various machines with a minimum of 3 years experience is needed.
