Job Title: Book Keeper

RequirementsInterested Candidates should posses a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or any related course with a minimum of 2/3 years of experience in a similar role
Must be able to develop system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
Must be able to maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
Must be able to balance subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
Must be able to maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
Must be able to balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Must be able to maintain historical records by filing documents.
Must be able to prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Must be able to enforce adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
