- Prepare annual budget covering revenues and costs for the operations of the Abuja Premier Medical Warehouse and Lagos Federal Central Medical Warehouse
- Ensure the collection of pertinent cost information (relating to staff time, utilities, and other expenditures) to accurately reconcile actual expenditures to budgeted expenditures on a year to-year basis
- Prepare annual management accounts, financial statements and works with auditors to prepare audited financial statements
About You
As the Manager of Administration and Finance you will possess the following qualifications and experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a professional certification (CFA, CPA)
- At least 10 years of experience in similar duties/roles in cold chain, pharma and/or food industry

- Prior supervision experience would be an advantage

- Managing reception, dispatch, stacking, packing-for-shipping of commodities at the warehouses
- Providing storage, inventory management and other value-added services to facility users
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance on the warehouse infrastructure and assets in line with good industry practices
As the Superintendent Pharmacist and Logistics Specialist your specific responsibilities will be to:
- Act as the key point of contact between the operator and client regarding site operations
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner in compliance with QA/RA requirements.
- Ensure that all documents pertaining to quality and regulatory affairs are filed in the appropriate folders in the daily course of duties
- Oversee the destruction process of expired/unused SKU’s and drugs in line with Federal regulations and drug disposal policy
- Submit weekly stock reports, indicating which items are near to expiry and/or minimum stock levels
- Submit weekly temperature and humidity reports
- Conduct a physical inventory of all stock on a monthly basis
