 Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
  • Successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating  the Human Resources Unit, establishing and implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with the organization’s goals and ensuring proper documentation of employee records.
Responsibilities
  • Develops and programs, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Monitors and advises managers and supervisors in the progressive discipline system pf the company.
  • Analyze training needs to design employee development.
  • Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
  • Maintains records and compile statistucal reports concerning personnel- related data.
Requirements
  • B.Sc/ HND in any Social Science related course.
  • Must be 37 years and above.
  • Minimum of 7 years working experience as a HR in Real Estate Sector.
  • Membership of CIPM, CIPD, SHRM or any relevant professional body is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit with good analytical skills.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description
  • You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Assist the company with Marketing, Branding, Planning and Development etc.
  • Develop and Implement marketing and sales plan.
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement offunds.
  • Discover new opportunities constantly.
  • Prepare a variety of sales status reports that include activity, follow-up, closings, and adherence to targets.
  • Communicate new opportunities, feedback, special developments, or informationcollected during field activity to designated personnel.
  • Plan and carry out direct marketing and sales of company products.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
  • Follow up on sales activity.
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Proven sales track record
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Minimum age 37
  • B.Sc/BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
