Job Title: SAP Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The SAP Manager shall be responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.
- He/she will be responsible for leading project efforts to develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
- This also includes tracking project issues and risks, change requests and reporting.
- Activities will include scheduling and leading meetings with cross-functional teams to drive projects through their full life cycle.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to executive team.
- Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
- Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.
- Motivate work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates.
- Oversee SAP project to provide metrics for reporting to executive team on business case ROI.
- Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes to assemble input into business case.
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans.
- Identify, analyze and recommend business systems solutions to management having broad business impact.
Person’s Specification
- Education: Degree preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or related field, equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Project Management Certification is desired
- Experience: At least 6 – 8 years’ work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager working with SAP environments
Additional Requirement:
- Strong project planning skills
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Understanding of Business and System Requirements.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and MS Project
- Ability to facilitate meetings with all management levels in attendance.
