First Excelsia Professional Services – Our client, a reputable Facility Management firm with specialty in the provision of Property Development and Management services, is currently seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: 

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Person Specification

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree/ HND from any recognized institution of learning.
• Must be target driven and persuasive.
• Very smart, vibrant and proactive.
• 1-2 years Experience in Sales/Business Development with proven sales record.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Renumeration Structure

• Monthly Guaranteed Pay: N50,000
• Negotiable Sales Commission: A Percentage of Management Fees to be earned from Sales.
