- We are looking to recruit a Commercial Operations Intern. The Commercial Operations Intern will extract actionable insights from unstructured datasets and present a clear picture of the findings to help improve sales processes and drive the decision-making process.
- This internship program is for 3 months and may be extended based on performance.
Components of the program include:
- Aid Commercial teams/leaders to better understand and utilize KPIs/Dashboards and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Transform complex data sets into a easy to use metrics in various analytics platforms (Tableau, SQL, Salesforce.com reporting, Excel).
- Understand sales process, data and standard operating procedures.
- Sales performance dashboard tracking.
- Analyses sales information and pipeline data and recommends appropriate action plans.
- Identify problem of poor performance as well as best practices to allow for further investigation and corrective action.
- Support on leads, pipeline, customer visit, cross-selling process enhancement and standardization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering
- Minimum of 2:1
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a fast-paced corporate [plus internship opportunities]
- Financial modelling and data analysis
- Experience using Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

- This candidate will drive demand generation through our website properties, and maximize influencer, community and social media engagement.
Components of the program include:
- Completion of content templates to intake copy, image and URL requirements for the build of weekly and monthly subscription emails
- Review of HTML proofs to ensure that content is rendering correctly on desktop and mobile
- Analysis and reporting on email campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis to internal stakeholders
- Daily monitoring of trigger/transactional campaign volumes
- Assist with documentation of processes and recommendations for improvements/optimizations
- Campaign development, management, and optimization
- Launching and QAing new email campaigns on varying email service providers
- Optimizing existing campaigns with frequent multi-variant a/b testing of subject lines, click thru, time of send, & content
- Tracking and analyzing weekly & monthly email KPI’s
- Work closely with Email Marketing Managers in the management of individual clients, dealing with communication, execution, and reporting
Requirements
- Hands oon experience in design and/or skill-related position (graphic design, web design, email HTML coding, etc)
- Must be able to code in HTML, CSS knowledge preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Working knowledge of web content best practices, including SEO, HTML/CSS and uploading content to a CMS in both a desktop and mobile environment
- Experience across 2 or more digital capabilities including website, search marketing, analytics, ecommerce, mobile, campaign management, social media, email, and A/B & multivariate testing
