Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The position entails a thorough exhaustion of all avenues to deliver on all verification requests.
  • The Operations Officer co-coordinates and supervises the day to day activities of the department.
  • In addition to ensuring that the Agents discharge their duties within the stipulated time so as to meet up with Turn Around Time (TAT) thereby ensuring client’s satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Applicant must be a graduate and must have completed NYSC.
  • Must be a good team player and must be able to work under pressure.
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS office tools.

Job Title: Verification Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The position entails a thorough exhaustion of all avenues to deliver on verification requests. The Verification Officer performs general verification functions and oversees the activities of other verification Agents in the discharge of their duties.
  • Verification officer performs investigation and other background screening functions. He also performs quality control functions to outsourced services

Job Title: Supervisor, Background Check

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The position entails a thorough exhaustion of all avenues to deliver on all verification requests. The Supervisor, Background Checks Department co-coordinates and supervises the activities of the department.
  • In addition to ensuring that the Agents discharge their duties within the stipulated time so as to meet up with Turn Around Time (TAT).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate Background Checks and Certificate Verification units.
  • Ensure that the updated information received from CRM is forwarded to the appropriate desk within 24 hours to ensure prompt commencement of the job.
  • Ensure all background checks requests is registered within 24 hours upon receipt.
  • Monitor the weekly follow-up activities by obtaining the weekly follow-up log form from verification officers.
  • Ensure that verifications are conducted thoroughly and safely by liaising with the necessary agents.
  • Ensure only error free report is sent to clients. To this end, He must proof read reports before they are sent to clients.
  • Audit reports and co-sign reports before they are sent to the clients.
  • Ensure that client’s job request is sent to and completed from database within 72 hours upon receipt of request.
  • Ensure all clients job requests gets to the field verification officers weekly.
  • Ensure the costing for the requests are reviewed within 24 hours before sending to Finance and Accounts Department.
  • Ensure a monthly report of all departmental activities is sent to the Managing Director.
  • Coordinate Background Checks Departmental Meeting.

Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Coordinate all personnel issues and performance appraisals
  • Answer employee questions regarding personnel policies, procedures and benefits; researches and disseminates topical and timely information to mangers and/or employees on personnel issues.
  • Coordinate and assist with employee recruitment, hiring, orientation and training determines employee classifications and ensures completion of all appropriate paperwork for new employees
  • Update the employee handbook with reference to relevant policies as appropriate
  • Coordinate and participate in completion of exit interviews.
  • Prepare and coordinate all accident report
  • Handle follow-up on health insurance and other health and safety issues
  • Handle negotiations with outside parties on behalf of the company
  • Develop and maintain strategy and tools related to various dimensions of human capital development
  • Provide regular updates to members of staff on management decisions and policies.
  • Tactfully manage sensitive matters and information regarding peculiar issues within the organization.
  • Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of office equipment as appropriate and arrange for repairs when necessary.
  • Make recommendations for new or additional office equipment as appropriate.
  • Performs other administrative related duties.

Requirements

  • Applicant must be a graduate and must have completed NYSC, be a good team player and must be able to work under pressure.
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS office tools.
  • Must have minimum of 3 years working experience as an HR officer.
