Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
HR/Adminstrative Functions:
- Vendor management:
- Payroll administration
- Logistics
- Provide administrative and logistic support for all the Group’s operation
- Monitor the overall daily group’s office operations, implement organizational strategies and policies and plan the use of materials and human resources.
- Develop and manage an efficient fleet management system that supports the entire business.
- Monitor all third party relationships associated with the business (government agencies, parastatals, local government councils, office landlords/premises lessors and regulators.
- Develop and manage the budget for all administrative subsidiaries and departments, review operating costs and suggest cost-saving measures. (Ensure all utility bills are paid as at when due and prepare a weekly imp rest report.)
Human Resources Functions:
- Implement all Human resources policies as required by the business.
- Ensure job descriptions for all positions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct performance reviews with department heads and management, monitor employee productivity, performance and attitudes.
- Recruit and retain quality staff across board and conduct screening tests and schedule interviews.
- Implement compensation plans and benefits and administer employee benefits.
- Prepare staff payroll.
Requirements
- Good communication skills

- Must be conversant with relevant labour laws
- Good knowledge of the leasing industry will be an advantage
- Presentable and good looking.
