Job Title: Experienced NCR ATM Field Engineer

Job Description/Responsibilities
- Sign preventive maintenance forms within our agreed time frame.
- Effective communication to the stores and refurbishment department.
- A career opportunity for experienced NCR ATM Engineers.
- Field engineer to maintain and support NCR machines.
- Give feedback to helpdesk and operations manager after attending to an issue.
- To ensure that all machines assigned are up and running and SLA is met on each machine you support.
- Support at least a minimum of 40 NCR machines at various banks location.
Requirements
- Experienced ATM engineers in NCR machines with a minimum of 3 years experience is needed.
