Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Determining the training needs of our clients sales force and be able to train them
- Maintain and utilize an effective sales force
- Screen and recruit in conjunction with our HR department prospective employees
- Prepare marketing resources forecasts
- Develop sales force compensation system.
- Candidates will be invlolved in marketing
- Ability to improve our market share
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a good degree in Marketing or Social Sciences from any recognized university or polytechnic.
- 2 – 5 Years in the Nigerian Market.
- The candidate must reside in Lagos (preferably around Ikeja and Egbeda axis) and ready to travel within the country.
