Job Title: Deputy Chief Technology Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Brief

• We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who will take a key role on our team
• Our Full Stack developer must have at least 3 years sound knowledge in all stages of software development and environment; (Web, Mobile and Desktop).

Requirements
Core:

• NodeJS and Frameworks (Electron, ExpressJs, AdonisJs)
• Experienced building and consuming Restful Services
• Experienced building at large-scale using MySQL and NoSQL
• PHP and Frameworks is an advantage
• JAVA and Frameworks is an advantage

Fundamental:

• Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• CSS pre-processors like Sass or LESS
• Any JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React, VueJs or Ember etc.,
• Modern JavaScript technologies like Grunt, Gulp, and Bower
• Libraries like jQuery or Backbone.js
• Front-end (CSS) frameworks like Foundation or Bootstrap

General:

• B.Sc/B.A in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field with 3 years requisite experience
• Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS
• Any JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React, VueJs or Ember etc.,
• Modern JavaScript technologies like Grunt, Gulp, and Bower
• Libraries like jQuery or Backbone.js
• Front-end (CSS) frameworks like Foundation or Bootstrap

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain existing projects and build new.
• Create and Support internal IT processes of the company.
• Products and Projects documentation and reporting.
• Responsible for research and development, and the future strategy of LoftyInc.
• Responsible for the implementation and development of technical products including engineering, design, procurement and execution for technical projects from external or internal customers.
• Responsible for information technology planning, coordination, budgeting, and adherence to technical architecture; in addition to management and oversight of large-scale information technology initiatives in the company.
• Responsible for guiding the vision and evolution of the company’s product line across different geographical regulations.
• Responsible for the technical operations across the organization including strategy, architecture, software engineering, information technology and technology operations.
• Working closely with staff from other program teams to support the development and operation of programs.
• Leadership: assists the CTO in providing overall leadership for the Technology department and serves in the CTO role when CTO is not available.
