Job Title:Executive Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Summary:
- An Architectural Design Company located in Ilupeju requires the services of an Executive Assistant with at least 3 years relevant experience to manage the calendar and provide administrative support to the MD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings and sort out the MD’s diaries
- Design procedures and systems that ensure productive and efficient running of the MD’s office i.e. procedure for booking meeting or signing documents
- Organise and coordinate work flow of email, calendar and diary management
- Provide executive support to the MD to manage his workload and activities.
- Respond to incoming and outgoing correspondences such as emails, letters, meetings and sorting them according to priorities.
- Plan and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments, functions and conferences as directed by the MD.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Attend to MD’s guest with use of discretion.
- Anticipate problems and proactively provide forward thinking solutions to ensure the smooth running of the MD’s office.
- Carrying out other task as required
Key Skills:

Experience and qualification:
- Degree in Business Administration, Arts or any other related courses with previous administrative working experience
- A minimum of 3years relevant work experience
Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary:
- An Architectural Design company requires the service of an Account Officer with 2 – 4 years relevant experience to provide an accurate record of all accounting/payment transactions of the company. To ensure compliance with all regulatory remittances.
Key Responsibilities:
- To prepare the annual budget and ensure effective cash planning and management.
- Oversee the petty cash disbursement and retirement from the relevant departments supported with all necessary documents.
- Process the prompt payment of invoices and posting of the transaction in the accounting software.
- Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval
- Investigate and clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or signatures.
- Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for filing.
- Review payroll information and process remuneration.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Petty Cash Management
- Report on the Profit or Loss Account
- Carry out audit and prepare reports
- Process transfer instructions to the bank and payment advice for salary payments.
- Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities i.e. State and Federal Internal Revenue Service agents to ensure tax compliance.
- Carrying out other task as required
