Urgent opening – Estate General Manager (Lekki, Lagos)
We are recruiting for the position of an Estate General Manager whose job objective will be to plan and execute the management of a company’s properties and facilities.

Role requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in a related course of study
- Min’ of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity with verifiable achievements

Job responsibilities:
- Leading Business Development and contract negotiation activities
- Supporting Management to acquire, develop and manage commercial real estate development opportunities and perform other tasks to support these endeavors
- Managing negotiation meetings with contractors/consultants, vendors, tenants etc
- Facilities management
