Funtay Global Resources Limited, an oil and gas energy solutions company, is currently seeking for applications from suitably qualified candidates, to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist & Admin Officer

Location: Lagos

Description

  • Answer telephone, greet visitors, and receive routine inquiries in person and by phone, relaying calls and messages to the appropriate personnel.
  • General office duties including, filing, emailing, printing, photocopying, errands, data entry and typing letters for all areas.
  • Purchase office supplies and other items for staff and management.
  • Operates office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
  • Provide ideas to improve office functionality.
  • Offer any other task as needed by staff and management.
  • Offer administrative and food assistance to guests, staff, and management.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute paperwork.
  • Arrange and schedule meeting room schedule and bookings.
  • Ensure cleaning schedule is followed for the entire office.

Qualifications

  • OND/HND/BSc. in any major.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Must have an excellent command of English.
  • Must be able to prioritize to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Must be able to work well with little or no supervision; possess ability to use good judgement and take initiative.
