Job Title: Receptionist & Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Description
- Answer telephone, greet visitors, and receive routine inquiries in person and by phone, relaying calls and messages to the appropriate personnel.
- General office duties including, filing, emailing, printing, photocopying, errands, data entry and typing letters for all areas.
- Purchase office supplies and other items for staff and management.
- Operates office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
- Provide ideas to improve office functionality.
- Offer any other task as needed by staff and management.
- Offer administrative and food assistance to guests, staff, and management.
- Receive, sort, and distribute paperwork.
- Arrange and schedule meeting room schedule and bookings.
- Ensure cleaning schedule is followed for the entire office.
Qualifications
- OND/HND/BSc. in any major.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Must have an excellent command of English.
- Must be able to prioritize to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Must be able to work well with little or no supervision; possess ability to use good judgement and take initiative.
