• Possess a good Honour’s and Master’s Degree in Library Science/Library and Information Science;
• Be computer literate and have a good knowledge of the use of cataloguing and classification (LC);
• Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years’ work experience and provide evidence of attendance of learned conferences certified by the Librarians Registration Council of Nigeria(LRCN).
