Job Title: Sales Executive
Locations: Lagos, Rivers (Port-Harcourt), Abuja, Delta (Warri)
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to both individuals and corporates.
- Generate new sales leads for the organization.
- Follow up with existing clients and sustain long-term business relationships.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Answer customers’ enquiries and provide correct answers; troubleshooting and creating positive customer experience.
- Meet and exceed all sales quotas and goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in business administration or related fields.
Experience:

Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of designated sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling company products to both corporates and individuals.
- Generate new sales leads for the organization.
- Follow up with existing clients and sustain long-term business relationships.
- Recommend changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules.
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives when required.
- Receive and report on all sales leads.
- Answer customers’ enquiries and provide correct answers; troubleshooting and creating positive customer experience.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Meet and exceed all sales quotas and goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in business administration or related fields.
- Membership of relevant sales/marketing professional bodies; desirable.
Experience:
- Three to five years’ hands-on sales experience; preferably at supervisory level.
- Extensive B2B and B2C experience; preferably in the non-banking financial industry.
- Previous experience in customer support, client services and sales.
- Demonstrated and proven optimal sales results.
- In-depth understanding of lease, loan and treasury services and their position in today’s market; desirable.
