Job Duties:
- General Maintenance of Property and Management
- Communicating with client on daily basis as required
- Ensure safety and oversees cleanliness of client’s property
- As other task may apply
- Supervise Caretaking staff
- Source and Engage contracted vendors on Clients request and ensure repairs and maintenance is executed successfully from start to finish
- Operating machinery for their duties
Requirements:
- Experience in Electrical and Plumbing Work
- Standard Work Practices
- Minimum Educational Qualification of High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year working Experience
Skills:
- Technical and Engineering ability; plumbing etc
