Job Title: Assistant Service Centre Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Assistant Service Centre manager will assist the Service Centre Manager in the operations of the Service Centre.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Possess a strong customer service focus.
- Some knowledge of organization management principles and practices for service operations.
- Minimum of 2 year work experience in related role
Duties
- Become familiar with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance and other policies and procedures
- Provide superior customer service leadership team to optimize their development.
- Help maintain a clean, well-organized service center and facilitate a safe and secure working environment
- Assist the Service Center Manager (SCM) in the daily operation and oversight of the service center
- Assists with or performs administrative tasks
- Responsible for inventory, labor management and financial performance of the service center.
