We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Kogi, Delta, Imo, Lagos

Responsibilities 

• Represent Solar Sister in designated region
• Recruit new Solar Sister Entrepreneurs to the network
• Train new Solar Sister Entrepreneurs in business skills, entrepreneurship skills, technical knowledge, leadership skills and agency skills using the Solar Sister methodology
• Coach new and existing Solar Sister Entrepreneur by providing guidance, support and challenge to help them build and grow their businesses
• Work alongside Solar Sister Entrepreneurs to identify opportunities
• Work alongside Solar Sister Entrepreneurs to identify solutions to their business challenges

Requirements

• Must have Social & Community work experience up to 3-5 years
• Must be able to speak and relate in the local language Strong communication and interpersonal skills strong background in training, coaching and mentoring Must be FEMALE

Compensation

Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Abuja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Represent Solar Sister in designated region
• Finding customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Create and manage a portfolio of customers that purchase Solar Home Systems or purchase bulk products
• Achieving established goals.
• Superior product and Technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Must have Social & Community work experience up to 3-5 years
• Must be able to speak and relate in the local language Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales Experience Strong recordkeeping skills, attention to detail Post-secondary Degree in a Business Management or a related field.
