Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Job Description
- We are searching for a high energy individual who is able to multi-task yet still have an eye for detail and will be a dynamic leader who can “lead by example” and “roll up their sleeves” to take this property to the next level.
- This individual will be primarily responsible for planning and managing the Restaurant, Main bar, Meeting room, Penthouse Lounge, Pool side Bar and Room Service in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with management policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
- This position is also responsible for promotional ideas and procedural changes, prepares forecasts, implements and monitors the targeted budgets for the various outlets, and ensuring staff is working together as a team to achieve optimum service and that exceeds guests’ expectations.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have previous 4-star hotel Food and Beverage management experience
- Must have the capability to lead from the front and be a strong, credible leader and drive standards
- Possess very strong F&B knowledge
- Must be financially and commercially astute
- A proven track record of mentoring and developing talent within the operation
- Good skills to increase sales & profitability within all areas of the business
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with guests, colleagues & senior management
- Must be passionate about the hospitality industry & constantly delivering top class customer service
- Track record of delegating responsibility to others to meet objectives and achieve desired results.
Job Title: Head Chef
Location: Rivers
Job Description
- We are searching for a high energy individual who is able to multi-task yet still have an eye for detail and will be a dynamic leader who can “lead by example” and “roll up their sleeves” to take this property to the next level.
- This individual should also have strengths in menu development, recipe specifications, cost control, and kitchen administration.
Minimum Requirements
- Certification as “Head Chef” or culinary degree from recognized hotel or culinary institute preferred.
- Four to six years supervisory experience in a hotel culinary position.
- Technical proficiency and ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge of food preparation methods.
- Ability to develop results-oriented associates through effective training, evaluation, motivation, coaching and counseling; assist others in developing needed skills for effective job performance.
- Track record of delegating responsibility to others to meet objectives and achieve desired results.
- Demonstrated experience as a decision-maker with an ability to identify problems and creatively and expeditiously find solutions.
- Ability to compute discount, interest, profit, and loss; commission, markups, and selling price; ratios, proportions, and percentages; surface, volumes, weights, and measures.
Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Rivers
Job Description/Responsibilities
- We are searching for a high energy individual who is able to multi-task yet still have an eye for detail and will be a dynamic leader who can “lead by example” and “roll up their sleeves” to take this property to the next level.
- This individual should also have strengths in front office and sales so as to drive the top-line revenues.
- Responsibilities include ensuring outstanding guest service and associate satisfaction as well as bottom line results in a very innovative environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be highly motivated, self-directed, with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
- Attention to detail and organization with strong revenue management skills.
- Emphasis on customer service and associate team building.
- Minimum of four years Operations/General Manager Experience required.
- Hospitality Management Degree is a plus.
